This 90L catering box is the container that keeps a buffet line running when the kitchen and the guest are in two different buildings. It is a passive insulated cabinet with a 90 litre cavity, a fold-flat front door and four smooth-rolling casters, built from a single seamless rotomolded LLDPE shell filled with 30 mm of high-density polyurethane foam. Load it with pre-heated food pans, close the two wide nylon latches, wheel it to the venue, and the contents stay above 60 C
