Not every job needs a rolling cabinet. The 30 litre plastic insulated food carrier is the format for one cook, one pan and one trip: a single GN 1/1 pan of 150 mm depth, or three shallow 65 mm pans, carried by hand from a kitchen to a service point fifty metres away.
